The BALTIC SEA RESORT GmbH has been founded in 2014 and incorporates the three affiliated companies MARINA KRÖSLIN GmbH, KRÖSLIN YACHTING GmbH and YACHTWERFT KRÖSLIN GmbH. Situated at the mouth of the river Peenestrom the resort has the perfect conditions for a successful management within the field of maritime tourism and water sports as well.

The BALTIC SEA RESORT is the preferred venue for not only visitors from the water but also those who appreciate spending time on the waterfront. The spacious areal offers 500 fully equipped berths with an extensive infrastructure for sailing and motor yachts of every size. The wide range of offers is being complemented technically by the YACHTWERFT KRÖSLIN GmbH implementing all kinds of installations, expansions and repairs.

For those visitors coming without an own yacht the BALTIC SEA RESORT offers high quality accommodation facilities on the water and ashore.

Being honoured with 4 stars the floating houses promise recovery and relaxation in a swimming cottage. More swimming houseboats and apartments top off the offer of upmarket accommodation facilities in the BALTIC SEA RESORT. Guests of the resort are welcome to enjoying delicious dishes at the restaurant “STEGhouse”, the tapas bar “Kantappa & vegetaria” and the bistro “Taverne”.
